GAME DESIGN Tipi got back from vacation and some superficial game design work was immediately done!
We talked about how to utilize the data we have within the game and also that it would be really great for all players to see the general data from the game. For example, top10 monsters that have been won, general carbon footprint and most crafted items. :D
Innovation challenge needs some serious design work UI wise. It needs to be really easy for players to see non-localized challenges globally and challenges in their own city in the game and in the website.
The rpg system also got some pushing forward. We also talked that it would be great if players could practice with the mascot-monster whenever they gain a new skill or get some new weapons etc. This would also give the mascot monster some points and with enough points it could be modified (colors, apparel, etc).
I was on holiday most of the week and have been mainly catching up on things. Some design work done but mainly trying to get ahead of things so I can start working full steam next week!

I’ve had a bit of a slow week but I did make a simple beacon that can be used to mark innovation challenges on the map. Maybe I’ll make different types of beacons if we make different kinds of events etc. Here’s a gif of the beacon.
